During a 2025 survey among online shoppers in Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States, nearly two-thirds of respondents included reward points they could exchange for special offers among the top perks they wanted brands they were loyal to that were not available to other shoppers. Members-only sale days followed, selected by more than half of the participants. One in 20 respondents said expected no exclusive perks.
