According to a survey conducted in the first quarter of 2024 among grocery retail customers in Saudi Arabia, more than a quarter of the surveyed customers indicated a strong preference in having the ability to use their loyalty schemes for ordering food or booking restaurants. Comparatively, ** percent of the respondents were very interested in the extension of these loyalty programs to taxi and transportation services.
