According to a survey of users conducted in January 2022 in four leading global markets (Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States), almost half of the respondents reported they would be very concerned about data security while using an all-encompassing super app. Problems with access concerned ** percent of respondents, while the eventuality of having to provide too much of their personal data concerned ** percent of respondents.
