As per a recent study, 58.3 percent of XR professionals surveyed identified a lack of an understanding for the benefits or options of virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR) or mixed reality (MR) as an issue that is stopping them from integrating the technology into their business as of the third quarter in 2019. This was closely followed by the lack of a business case or proof of a return on investment (ROI), with 54.2 percent of respondents citing this reason.
