A survey on news consumption and trust held in the United States in 2026 found that only five percent of all respondents had a great deal of trust in MS NOW (formerly MSNBC). Approximately fifteen percent said they found the channel to be very untrustworthy. Trust in news depends on multiple factors ranging from age to political affiliation, as well as whether or not the source is considered to be partisan.
