Due to the trade tariffs being introduced by the U.S. administration, the landed cost of products, that is the entire cost of a product from the manufacturer's site to the consumer's door, is going to increase in direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce. A 2025 survey carried out among North American D2C brands showed that nearly **** of them expect product costs to be significantly higher in the future. Another ** percent of respondents believed the tariffs' impact will be minor, and product costs will have a slight increase.
