In 2024, nearly ** percent of hospital and health system leaders surveyed believed that the quality of virtual care is on par with in-person care in cases where care can be provided virtually. Although over ** percent of the respondents found in-person care to be superior, around ** percent thought virtual care is better than in-person care.
