A June 2025 survey found that interest in participating in a metaverse experience among adults in the United States was strongly driven by respondents aged 18 to 34 years, where about 45 percent stated that they were interested or very interested in participating in metaverse activities. Among the general population, more than four in ten respondents were not at all interested in metaverse participation.
