The FTSE All-Share Index shed around ** percent of its value between January and March 2020, largely due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Then, it recovered to reach *** points at the end of June 2021 - the third-highest value over the period surveyed and well above its value of *** points in January 2020. Since the beginning of 2022, however, the Index dropped again under 1,000 points. As of February 2025, it was recorded at * points.
The FTSE AIM All-Share Index contains all companies listed in the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange (LSE). AIM offers a more flexible regulatory system, catering for companies that are smaller, less-developed or which want/need a more flexibility around governance.
