Nearly ** percent of the respondents to a Dutch survey would like to either pay per ride or pay a monthly fee determined by frequency of use. In contrast, approximately ** percent would prefer a flat monthly rate. More than half of the respondents would say a monthly rate of up to *** euros is acceptable.
