Of the 5,000 surveyed respondents, approximately 1,300 were people who are currently not online via phone and face-to-face discussions and approximately 3,700 were surveyed via an online survey.
Respondents were from the following countries: France, Germany, Sweden, the United Kingdom, the United States, and India.

Global online population internet activity confidence 2020
According to a survey conducted from December 2019 to February 2020, it was found that only 54 percent of the global online population felt comfortable searching and applying for jobs through the internet. Online search and e-mail usage had the highest degree of usage confidence.
