The construction output index of new housing in the United Kingdom and Ireland from January 2016 to November 2020 varied over time. As of November 2020, the construction output index reached 99.4

A strong drop is visible starting from April 2020. This can most probably be explained by the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, that was on the rise in this area during this period of time.
