As of July 1st, 2024, some ** charging points in Germany had been subsidized and were in operation. The volume of subsidized chargers in operation steadily increased since the second quarter of 2020, when it stood at under * chargers. In contrast, the volume of planned charging points which were granted government subsidies decreased substantially between 2021 and 2024.
