* Between August 16 and September 9, 2022, 101 responses were obtained from specialists from B2B, B2C and B2B2C companies. From September 9 to September 16, 2022, another 6 interviews were conducted with specialists in CRM and Digital Strategy.
In 2022, the main reason why companies in Peru did not use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software was because such project did not represent a priority. Additionally, **** percent of respondents stated that their company lacked employees to coordinate the project.
