The highest growth in sales in the e-commerce industry during the COVID-19 pandemic in Romania was registered in the beauty sector, which totaled a growth of 309.5 percent in April 2020, compared to 2019. At the same time, books, movies and music recorded a growth in their online sales of 22.4 percent.
