In 2022, China was the leading export partner for Peru in terms of export value, being the country of destination for approximately 21 billion U.S. dollars' worth of Peruvian exports. The second leading destination that year was the United States, exporting over eight billion dollars. Japan, South Korea, and Canada complete the top five of main export partners for the South American country in 2022.
